Venue Ceremonies: Catering Halls, Restaurants & Private Spaces

For your big day at a formal venue, we bring a high level of professionalism and care.

  • Arrive 45–60 minutes early (30 minutes for unscripted ceremonies)

  • “Custom” and “Skip the Meeting” packages include a bound copy of your ceremony and a keepsake marriage certificate

  • We return your signed license via certified mail and provide tracking

  • Name change and next-step guidance included

  • Vocal PA system and microphone included at no extra fee if needed

We never schedule weddings too closely—events are spaced 3 hours apart unless they’re in the same town or venue.

Our Custom Ceremonies include a one-on-one interview (in person or virtual) where we explore your relationship, your style, and your vision for the day. For couples who want a relaxed, meaningful ceremony—delivered beautifully without a full script.

Our Unscripted Ceremony option is available for short-notice weddings coming up within 4–6 weeks.

Here’s how it works: About a week before your wedding, we assign one of our experienced officiants to your date. They’ll arrive 30 minutes early, ask a few quick questions—like whether you’d like traditional or contemporary vows, whether you’re exchanging rings, and whether to include a prayer—and then deliver an approximately 10-minute ceremony based on those preferences.

This level of service is:

  • More audience-facing than our “Sit and Sign” services
  • Delivered with warmth, professionalism, and presence
  • Popular as a backup option when a friend or family member is asked to officiate, but might feel overwhelmed

Sit and Sign Marriage License Signature Service

Marriage License Signature Services (“Sit & Sign”)

Need to make it official without a full ceremony? Our Signature Service is perfect if:

  • You’re having a friend/family member lead the ceremony but need legal oversight
  • You’re overwhelmed by New York’s one-day permit process
  • You just want to be legally married before your big day

All Sit & Sign services include:

  • Legal marriage license signing
  • Flexible options and fees
  • Proper license return to Town Hall via certified mail with tracking

We can schedule this for the wedding day itself or any date prior.

For couples who want to be legally married before the big day (or instead of it!).

Visit one of our officiants at their home or office on a day that works for you—anytime leading up to your wedding. We’ll sign the license, perform a quick private ceremony (if requested) with your witness present, and that’s it—you’re legally married.

Want to keep things simple but still make it official at your venue?

We’ll come to your venue at some time on your wedding day—before the ceremony, after the first look, or even during the reception—and complete the legal signing on-site.

This option is ideal for couples who are having a symbolic ceremony or want to split the legal part from the main celebration.

Dual Officiant & Co-Officiating Services
